Va Petit Mousse
Dubourdieu • France
Va Petit Mousse, is an exact replica of a dayboat which from the 1880s to the 1990s, gave rides to hundreds and thousands of children and their parents around the pond in the City of Bordeaux’s Public Garden. Timbers used: For the Structure Sapele (Mahogany); for planks and decks: all-Oukoumé plywood (laminate) and the benches in solid Afrormosia. The original had been electrically-engined since 1941, so it was logical to install 15kW Bellmarine electric engine with two batteries of 11 KW each in the replica.
